You will bring your experience and technical recruiting knowledge to work as a team player and identify, screen and close top talent for the Research and Development team. You will bring your knowledge and experience within end-to-end technical recruitment for an "IT Software Product" company to help facilitate the growth in the company while maintaining a high caliber of engineering talent. You have the ability to work with many personalities and under tight deadlines. You are organized, detail oriented and highly analytical. This person will report to the Director, Global Talent located in the United States. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, Linked and internal databases to identify and attract potential candidates.Candidate Screening: Review resumes in a timely manner (48 hours), conduct initial screenings via phone and video interview, and assess candidates' skills while documenting the feedback in Lever, and qualifications to determine their suitability for specific job requirements. With a keen eye on technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for our requirements.Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process and providing a positive candidate experience while enhancing our employer brand.Hiring Managers: Meet with hiring managers on a weekly basis providing additional detail to the candidate pipeline, interview results, industry feedback and any roadblocks. Define deal makers and deal breakers for every search to be filled within a 90- day time frame. Conduct Intake and Kickoff meeting with hiring managers and interview teams.Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) in real time. Complete necessary reports, tracking sheets and competitive information for the recruitment database.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions related to our industry. Provide insights and recommendations to Hiring Mangers and internal stakeholders. Create and maintain competitive company targets to recruit top talent.Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Maintain documentation related to recruitment processes and candidate interactions.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on best practices in recruitment, sourcing techniques, and industry advancements. Seek opportunities for professional growth and development.Process – Follow a documented recruitment process with continuous improvement insights brought back to the talent teamRelationships - Responsible for building strong relationships at all levels, coach hiring managers and interview team members when necessary.Qualifications5+ years end to end (full cycle) Engineering recruiting.5+ years recruiting for a "IT Software Product" company focused on the enterprise market.Previous experience in recruiting for cyber security technical talent highly desired.Excellent listener with an aptitude for problem solving and deductive reasoning skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while working independently and as a team.Flexibility in working Off hours will be required as a global organization and reporting to the Director of Global Talent in the United States.Demonstrated ability to build strong internal, external relationships including the ability to interface with executivesMulti Lingual preferredAbility to communicate in english written and verbally at a proficient business level is required We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits with generous vacation and holiday time off.
