The objective is now to drive and accelerate further the integration and business excellence across the company. Requirements We're looking for a Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits) manager to join our HR team. You will support the organization's compensation and rewards programs. You will support the development and delivery of compensation and benefit programs; identify and respond to the needs of internal stakeholders; create and obtain agreement on a corporate framework and standards; ensure coherence across national boundaries and cultures; ensure compliance with legal requirements as well as ensure coherence with the global HR policy framework. RESPONSIBILITIES Own the job architecture and job-compensation grading framework across Unilabs Development of market-oriented remuneration and job evaluation structures, policies and guidelines. Support analysis of business needs and market developments in the area of remuneration and benefits Implementing variable remuneration practices across all functions. Support in the execution of long-term incentive programs for top executives and help design a framework for the rest of the organization Lead annual compensation and pay review, including bonus to ensure that employee remuneration supports the attraction, recruitment, motivation, and retention of talent at an affordable cost. Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategy for a business area or significant function, anticipating mega-trends and complex challenges and opportunities, and ensuring integration with wider corporate strategy. Identify and manage stakeholders up to top management level, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these by leading and coordinating the development of stakeholder engagement plans Support the wider HR and Finance team with compensation relation queries. WHO YOU ARE You are curious and have a thirst for knowledge, bringing fresh perspectives to projects and the motivation to improve on a daily basis You have attention to detail and obsession with perfection as it relates to data and information You have an interest in topics such as: growth, sales & revenue generation, pricing, process optimisation, business operating models, organizational restructuring, and smart automation You grasp new concepts quickly, are goal oriented and have a customer-centric mindset You bring strong analytical skills and enjoy working methodically with attention to details Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization Capability to drive an independent work-stream in the context of a broader team project Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations Structured thinking, and i.e. ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis. You communicate confidently in English. Any other language is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes This position is for you an entry opportunity and represents the strong and solid foundation for future growth and development KEY QUALIFICATIONS 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role in an international matrix organization. A Master´s Degree in Finance, HR, Statistics or Data Sciences Demonstrated ability to execute complex strategies across large networks. Analytical and solution orientated with strong excel and HR systems skills. Proven experience in project management, including leading complex compensation reviews in international remits. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong ability to communicate complex topics in concise terms. Ability to communicate concisely and persuasively in writing as well as the ability to draft clear and effective policies, etc. Capable of working successfully in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Possess demonstrable problem solving and analytical capabilities. Possess strong change management, negation, and influencing skills. Self-motivated and results-driven. Ability to work across cultures with all levels of organization as well as with different functions. Willingness to travel within the Region as needed.
