Location: Lisbon Start date: 1.05 (1st of May!)Work in our modern office in Lisbon (Parque das Nações) in business hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-17:00 – 5 days/week, 40h/week, 8h/day (+1h lunch break) – full time)HYBRID possibility after 3 months of work ( 3d office+2d home)We expect experience in customer Support area!You don't need to be native – we accept candidates with B2 level of Dutch & English! As a Customer Support you will: Receive and distribute incoming customer ordersCommunicate order entry and fulfillment issues with Sales and Customer Experience members as requiredHandle order management from entry to delivery and resolves complex customer billing issues, ensuring effective resolution and an improved customer experienceCollaborates and coordinates cross-functionally with Customer Care, Pricing Team and Accounts Receivable to ensure correct informationFollows up on internal holds pertaining to credits processed on behalf of customers Competitive salary and compensation system from 1450€gross /month: 1624€ gross x 12 month – base salary2 extra salaries per year: Christmas bonus + holiday bonusup to 150€ performance bonus What else do we offer?
