What you will do: • Coordinate recruitment activities, allocate resources, and ensure timely and effective execution of hiring plans;
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement;
• Align the recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals;
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the organization's talent acquisition strategy;
• Manage candidate's pipelines and lead the sourcing strategy, implementing techniques to proactively identify and engage with passive candidates;
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the employer brand and promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements What you will bring: • Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field;
• Proven experience as a Lead Recruiter, Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment, leading a team of (at least) 3 recruiters. Experience in Telco is a plus;
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation;
• Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms (previous experience with Workable is a plus);
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior management, hiring managers, candidates, and external partners;
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a demanding environment;
• Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and spoken), with a self-motivated and autonomous mindset.
