We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our versatile HR team. This role is about driving and executing global talent acquisition excellence at Nexar, which will be your #1 mission.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to excel at fast and efficient full-cycle recruitment, as well as process optimization, ATS management, analytics, and employer branding. Outstanding onboarding experience will also be under your wing.
We are looking for someone based in Porto, who can meet diverse hiring needs, including full-time employees, contractors, and freelancers, in different locations, adapting recruitment strategies to suit the specific talent requirements of each role.
Additionally, this role will require versatility to contribute to HR initiatives as needed when recruitment demand is lower, in the scope of people ops, well-being, and talent management. If you are an experienced recruiter looking to expand your HR expertise, this is a great opportunity.
