Job Description: As Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play an essential role in providing a unique experience in a fast paces and highly competitive market. This role will operate in our international team (The Netherlands, Belgium, UK, Denmark).
A key focus will be on building pipeline of potential candidates aligning with our business needs and our 7 strategic commitments, whereby ensuring all candidates receive the best-in-class experience. You will manage the full life-cycle recruiting for your business and the assigned functions/areas.
You will be responsible for attracting and selecting high-performing, high potential new hires who will drive our business forward. Full life-cycle recruiting includes consulting with hiring managers and HR partners to determine critical capabilities, designing the staffing strategy, sourcing, and pre-screening candidates and facilitating debrief meetings to ensure the highest quality candidates are hired. You will work closely within the wider people community on our Group HR agenda which includes collaborating in and contribution to core projects to continuously improve and implement core talent acquisition processes and tools.
Key responsibilities:
• Contribute to developing talent strategies based on market data, competitive analysis, and bench marking.
• Work closely with hiring managers, local HR & Rewards in determining the success profiles, creating a successful sourcing strategy and working with internal stakeholders to attracting diverse candidates with the right skills and capabilities to ensure our short and long-term business objectives and support team.blue's culture.
• Manage the recruiting process from job posting through the final stages (inclusive of offer recommendation and creation, negotiation, closing).
• Leverage knowledge of best practice and capabilities of internal and external recruiters to manage the acquisition of diverse talent.
• Provide ongoing reporting regarding status of current open roles to the HR team and business.
• Continuously build a talent pipeline of potentials; proactively sourcing for high-quality candidates and building relationships with talent for future opportunities, develop creative and alternative external sources of talent and ensure alignment to best practices.
Required skills, competencies, and experience:
• Master level with at least 5 years relevant experience in an international fast paced matrix environment.
• Demonstrate ability to size up talent - solid understanding of different interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
• Ability to successfully execute recruitment for geographically distributed businesses, different functional areas and levels while consistently deliver professional customer service.
• Ability to interpret global process, practice local operational policies, address issues, troubleshoot for resolution and escalate issues to appropriate parties as needed.
• Strong written, oral and listening communication skills.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent English & Portuguese written and verbal skills.
• Pragmatic, no-nonsense, hands-on.
• Independent but knowing when to align.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, relationship building skills.
Working hours:
Normal hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm. You will be required to work one day from our office in Lisbon, Portugal.
Training:
You will be given complete training and support.
Right to work:
At any stage please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in Portugal.
