Descrição Develop and implement global recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives and business needs;Manage a team of 10 recruitment professionals, distributed between operational and HQ functions;Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand recruitment needs and support in defining ideal profiles;Identify effective talent sources and establish partnerships with recruitment agencies and talent platforms;Evaluate and enhance recruitment processes, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers;Manage a substantial volume of hires while maintaining quality and efficiency.Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative work environment and continuous learning;Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent;Work closely with the People Operations team to ensure effective onboarding of new hires;

Participate in shaping the organizational structure, adapting it to the needs of the rapidly growing company. Perfil ideal Strong experience in recruitment roles within start-up or scale-up reality;Experience in managing recruitment teams;Global recruitment experience, preferably with international experience;Fluent in English, both spoken and written.Proven ability to handle a high volume of recruitment while maintaining standards of excellence;Dynamic, proactive personality with the ability to tackle challenges with determination;Strong communication and influencing skills.
