Short description of your Team main Activities: Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus' global success and play a vital role in Airbus' transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Responsibilities - your mission Airbus has built on its strong European heritage to become truly international with roughly 180 locations and 12,000 direct suppliers globally. Position Summary: We are looking for a data analyst to support Procurement Operations: you will help Procurement Operations reinforce the performance activities and contribute to the transition towards predictive and prescriptive analytics to get ready for the future Airbus challenges.
Essential Functions: In your role, you will be responsible to implement data analytics needs for Procurement Operations.
Capture and analyze data analytics use cases for one operational teamDevelop, maintain, update and propose relevant key performance indicators and simulation algorithms under Qlik SenseBridge data and logics between Skywise and Qlik Sense (Skywise = Big Data project based on Palantir platform)In Run mode, provide support on existing DashboardsThis role will give you the opportunity to discover many key strategic projects and work with many different stakeholders within and outside of Procurement Operations.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have Degree in IT or Business Administration with specialization in statistics, business intelligence, advanced data analytics / Big data business project deployment and/ or Procurement and/or Information technologyPast experience in Supply Chain and Quality or ProcurementMinimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in advanced data analytics / big data / business intelligence solutions and project management, preferably in the context of Procurement activitiesTechnical & Analytical SkillsMandatory Expert knowledge of Qlik SenseGood knowledge of SkywiseKnowledge of advanced data analytics/big data solutionsPrior experiences with Google Data Studio, Google Apps Script and/or development in Python are a plusAbility to translate business problems into meaningful insightsAgile project management skillsFluent in English (German or French are a plus)Ability to work in a multicultural environmentAble to travel domestically and internationally when neededBenefits - what's in it for you Diverse career opportunities within Airbus European core countries or in other regions around the world.
