At Tech Company (Contractor), in Lisbon, Portugal Expires at: 2024-07-12 Remote policy: Partial remote  Landing.Jobs is recruiting for a partner company, specialized in audit, tax, and advisory services.  Main requirements What we're looking for • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields is a plus; • Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow – development and administration; • In-depth knowledge of different ServiceNow modules and features such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSM, among others; • Service Portal development experience, with Bootstrap, AngularJS, SCSS, and JavaScript; • Relational database expertise and experience in data migration, data import/export in ServiceNow; • Previous experience in identifying business requirements and translating them into technical solutions in ServiceNow; • Solid experience creating request forms, developing integration with external systems, implementing security (including Access Control Lists) and enhancing the user interface; • Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Catalog; • Proficient in the development of workflows, automation, custom web services, custom notifications, assessments, custom app; • Solid experience developing scripts and business rules; • Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies; • Previous experience as a leader of small teams is a plus; • Speaks and writes English fluently.
