We are looking for a talented Senior Tech Recruiter to join our HR Department. You will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet our company's hiring needs. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies while collaborating with hiring managers to identify and understand their staffing requirements.
What you will do:• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals;
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create detailed job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles;
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit;
• Use various sourcing techniques to proactively identify and engage with passive candidates;
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs;
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation;
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the employer brand and promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
What you will bring:• Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field;
• Proven work experience as a Tech Recruiter (minimum of 4 years of experience), preferably in a startup and/or fast-paced environment. Experience in Telco is a plus;
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation;
• Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms (previous experience with Workable is a plus);
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners;
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a demanding environment;
• Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and spoken), with a self-motivated and autonomous mindset.
