You are going to be based in Lisbon (our team of 13 people at Centro Comercial Alvalade) and will be part of a highly motivated team which is partly located also in Zurich.Our team of 30 specialists support the full software lifecycle from conception, prototyping, development, and operations/support of running applications. Our lean project teams guarantee prompt decision-making, a rapid response to changing requirements, and flexible solutions to customer's needs. Our customers are from various industries including banking, insurance, news outlets, real-estate companies, and the public sector. We work in various small to mid-sized projects, often including everything from web-frontend, a complex database and backend system with business logic as well as interfaces to third-party applications.Due to our growth and expansion, we are looking for a Software Enigneer that enhances our team, strives for excellence and recognize the importance of pragmatic as well as efficient solutions.Your responsibilityAs a Software Engineer at Datahouse, you will pursue the following responsibilities:Lead the design and technical implementation of innovative customer projects, ensuring the applicationsare scalable, maintainable, and meet quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional(Product Management, UX/UI) and cross-location (Switzerland, Portugal)teamsto define, design, and ship new features.Ensure the reliability and performance of applications through regular code reviews, optimization, and testing.Contribute to the improvement of internal engineering processes, coding standards, and best practices.Mentor junior software engineers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow professionally.Your profileWe are looking for the following aspects in a perfect match for our team:University degree inSoftware Engineering, Computer Science or equivalentMinimum 3+ years of experience as a full-stack web developerStrong proficiency in a typed language (e.G.
