This is why we invite you to come aboard and be a part of this incredible journey. We are looking for a Business Manager responsable for developing new business in European Markets. You shpuld be based in Oporto, Aveiro, Oliveira de Azemeis or cities or villages nearby Oliveira de Azemeis. This is an HYBRID position.  The ideal candidate will have +5 years of experience in developing new business within European markets, LATAM and USA/CANADA   possessing a strong skill set in sales and a proven track record of achieving sales  targets. You will work directly to the CEO of the company. Your Responsibilities: Market Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities within European markets. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Develop strategies to enter and expand our presence in key European markets Sales Management:  Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, meeting and exceeding sales targets. Utilize effective sales techniques to drive revenue and market share growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience Lead Generation: Assisting in the generation of leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media engagement.  Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Establish partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. Strategic Planning Develop and implement business plans to achieve company objectives. Collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute strategic initiatives. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. +3years of proven experience in developing new business in European markets. Strong sales skills with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
