Job purpose We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth in our target regions.
Key responsibilities Develop and implement the field marketing plan together with Cluster Sales Leadership team of Channel Led Countries, guard the execution with Field Marketing Team and Partner Marketing Managers in the region. Cascade central programs and guide teams in leveraging centrally driven activities. Be a team leader for marketing representatives present in the countries. Accountable for marketing targets and budgets, both Fujitsu Budget and Refunds Close alignment with Sales Leads in the sub-regions Act as SPOC for all marketing related inquiries from Distributors and Top Channel Partners Build relationship with Channel across all countries and sub-regions. Create long-term marketing strategy for the region. Provide timely reporting and ensure execution of all Marketing activities in the respective countries according to agreed plans, lessons learnt and KPIs such that the wider audience understands what has been done, what is planned, why, and to what ends. Qualifications Strong strategic thinking and entrepreneurial attitude Proven competencies in successfully running marketing projects: events, campaigns, digital marketing etc. Presentation and training skills Excellent ability to work effectively and work strongly aligned in a matrix organization. Proven ability to work alongside management stakeholders, anticipate and evaluate their needs by focusing on the company strategy and the product strategy. Excellent communication skills in English - written and verbally, other languages are a plus. Experience in leading teams is a plus. Experience in collaborating with global stakeholder is a plus.
