.As the Sr. Director of Project Management you will assist the MoonLake leadership team in establishing a robust and practical project management framework to support the development of our asset across multiple indications. With the clinical development, regulatory, technical operations and commercial teams you will define and develop the holistic integrated development project plan for our asset and drive its delivery.Key responsibilities:Alongside senior management develops and executes Moonlake's program management strategy including establishment of systems, processes and tools to provide holistic oversight of the development of our asset across indications and ensure that programs are executed efficiently and effectivelyWorks with the program team to set up and maintain the IDP including program budget and resource planningIn collaboration with sub-team SMEs defines the interdependent sub-team deliverables aligned with the IDP that support delivery of key program milestonesProvides a central coordinating role, taking ownership of the program plan and Gantt chart development & maintenance to ensure optimised delivery of the projectDrives project risk identification, mitigation and issue management processesFacilitates preparation of program budget and prepares regular forecast updates and status reportsCoordinates the preparation of governance documents and presentations in collaboration with the programme teamSupports the CCDO on core team meetings including: agendas, slide decks, minutes, decisions, and moderating meetings when requiredYour profileEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Science; certification in Project Management; PhD, MBA, PharmD or MD is a pluExperience:10 year of experience in similiar rolesSkills/knowledge/behavioural competencies:10+ years diverse experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech industryUnderstanding and/or experience of working within/with several functional areas such as clinical, preclinical, CMC or regulatory affairs, as well as mid and late stage global development phases Job PurposeAs the Sr. Director of Project Management you will assist the MoonLake leadership team in establishing a robust and practical project management framework to support the development of our asset across multiple indications.
