The Agile Coach will help our teams and overall organization by increasing collaboration, and innovation, and introducing techniques that promote adaptability and flexibility in the face of unpredictable circumstances. Collaborate with either Team in coaching, training, facilitation and helping them build agile strategies that fit their specific needs and context. Your Day to Day: Act as a change manager and support the Product Organization to drive major change (inside and outside the teams) Install the continuous improvement mindset and help the teams monitor their health constantly Coach and assess Agile principles, on teams and upper-level management, and be capable of guiding and mentoring multiple teams in the consistent practice of Agile concepts, including roles, ceremonies, processes, compliance, and tool usage Assist with improving operational metrics in effectiveness, efficiency and quality Build and maintain information radiators for all the teams to get to know how they are working and give guidance for continuous improvement Ensure Planning and Execution processes are known and provide guidance to the Product Manager and Engineering Manager on how to continuously plan Ensure that team feedback is disseminated and communicated within the organization so that potential changes can be implemented enterprise-wide Understands Facilitation Techniques and apply structures for different contexts
