Senior Associate - Finance and FP&A German SpeakerYou, as our Finance and FP&A - Senior Associate, operationally support the delivery of day to day FP&A activities for their assigned regions. You are responsible for supporting Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Management and reporting tasks.

Support business planning and decision making through financial analysis, Expense planning, management and finance support for selected functionsPerform month-end, quarter-end, year-end close activities, prepare journal entries, perform variance analysisSupports long-term planning activitiesSupport ad hoc finance analysis and activitiesSupports FP&A projects locally and may participate in wider projectsAdapt, support and contribute to the growth and CI of the department and ACCPPerforms control validations and testing (IICC/Finance Review of Payment)Drives data quality and integrity in the Hyperion, SAP and ANAPLAN and ensures all reporting systems are accurateConsolidates budgets, latest estimate and actual variance analysisMinimum Requirements University Degree, preferably in business or a finance related subject3+ years working in a finance related field ideally Finance Planning and AnalysisFluency in English and German both in written and verbal communicationPreferred Requirements Experience in FP&A activitiesQualified or part qualified accountantWorking knowledge of IS systems (including demonstrated capability of SAP, Hyperion, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Tableau as a plus)Demonstrates a service-minded attitudeClearly explains processes and proceduresFluency in multiple European languagesBasic knowledge of US GAAPTHRIVE What You Can Expect Of Us:
