We invented the cyber ratings industry in 2011 Over 3000 customers trust Bitsight Over 750 teammates are dispersed throughout Boston, Raleigh, New York, Lisbon, Singapore, and remote Responsibilities: Training and Development: - Develop, deliver, and update comprehensive training programs for sales teams, covering product knowledge, market positioning, and sales best practices. - Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and facilitate ongoing training to enhance sales skills. Sales Content Management: - Curate and organize sales content, including pitch decks, case studies, and product documentation. - Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible to sales teams. Sales Communication: - Facilitate communication channels between sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams. - Distribute relevant information on product updates, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to the sales force. Sales Tools and Technology: - Identify, implement, and optimize sales enablement tools and technologies to enhance productivity. - Provide guidance on the effective use of CRM systems, sales automation, and other relevant tools. Performance Analytics: - Collaborate with the analytics team to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) tying learning to sales performance - Use data insights to measure the impact of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement. Sales Playbook Development: - Create and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook that includes scripts, objection handling, and best practices. - Ensure the playbook evolves to align with changing market conditions and product offerings. On-the-Job Support: - Provide on-the-job support for sales professionals, offering guidance on complex deals and strategic client engagements. - Collaborate with sales managers to address specific training needs and challenges. Feedback Loop: - Establish a feedback loop with internal stakeholders to gather insights on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives. - Use feedback to continuously refine and improve sales enablement programs. Experience: - 1-3 years of proven experience in sales enablement or a related role. - Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Familiarity with Salesforce and sales enablement technologies. - Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills. - Channel-sales knowledge and experience is a plus.
