Responsibilities Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, as a Revenue Operations Specialist at Powerdot, you will be a crucial member of the finance team, focusing on billing, collections, revenue sharing with Powerdot partners, and process improvements.
Billing ManagementBe the owner of the billing process to ensure accuracy and timelinessAnalyse a large database of charging sessions, summarising information to define billing per customer Collections OptimizationManage and optimize collections processes to enhance cash flow and minimize outstanding receivablesImplement strategies for timely collection and resolution of outstanding payments Revenue to cash auditSupport FP&A team in the revenue to cash analysis making sure all revenues booked correspond to cash received Revenue Share with Powerdot PartnersAs part of our business model we share a percentage of our revenues with the owners of the locations: our partners.
