Commercial Operations Analyst, Omnicontact – Lisbon (m/w/d)About the job:Participate in the design and implementation of a multicontact strategy to provide a seamless customer experience. Being part of a team, whose focus is optimizing processes and tools to go beyond a conventional approach in the pursuit of becoming the smartest bottler with the best execution.What you'll do:Participate in projects and initiatives related to Omnicontact, aligning ways of working with Central team to ensure country requirements are known and met.Collaborate cross-departments on a local level and with central project teams to make sure that every tool/initiative is deployed and adopted by the sales teams.Contribute to enhance tools for field sales teams and other roles.Provide powerful insights through data analysis that support the new initiatives;Prepare reports related to the success of the launch of a new version of an app, with key performance indicators;Analyze long term impact on each project deployed, anticipating consequences and covering potential obstacles.What the role requires:Bachelor's degree in business management, economics or related field;0-3 years of experience, in FMCG companies would be a plus;Critical thinking skills;Upper-Intermediate level of English;Advanced user of excel and good knowledge of MS Office tools;Good communication skills, being able to communicate complex ideas/information, to different stakeholders;Active listening and flexibility to work effectively cross-departments;Availability to travel both abroad and within country.Why join CCEPWork with world-famous brands in an multinacional company, leading international projects to bring innovative and technological solutions for everyone involved within our company;We label bottles, not people.
