The scope of this work will be under an industrial project focused on Magnetic Tunnel Junctions fabrication.Job DutiesThe job duties will be the following:Participate in the production of MTJ sensor wafers (200mm) integrated in running industrial contracts;Ensure the continuous improvement of fabrication processes in terms of throughput, quality and reliability;Take responsibility for tasks related with the performance monitoring of specific tools and associated service operations as well as user training;Fabrication of wafers to test different microfabrication processes, recipes, materials, and layouts;Characterisation of devices through specific metrology processes;Produce several technical and scientific documentation and work planning;Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variation for process or material specifications;Support the MNF team on process-related activities:Collaborate with international multidisciplinary teams.MandatoryQualificationsEducationMSc degree in Physics, Physical Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, or related areas.ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience with process industry in cleanroom environment;Previous hands-on experience in the operation of Physical and Chemical vapour deposition, dry etching techniques, wet etch techniques and, lithography pattern transfer.Preferred EducationPhD degree in Physics, Physical Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, or related areas.Preferred ExperienceExperience in metrology tools and systems;A good understanding of various processes used in the fabrication of semiconductor integrated circuits;Previous hands-on experience on processing TMR or GMR devices or equivalent, including PVD systems;Knowledge and experience off process improvement and statistical tools like FMEA, SPC, DoE.Personal Skills"Hands-on" approach together with a high commitment in respecting working deadlines;Problem solving ability.Customerorientation.Ability to work independently and as team player.Good communication skills.Our BenefitsCompetitive salary;Tax benefits and other Diplomatic privileges;Private health insurance; Family allowances (according to family situation);Free nursery service at INL premises (subject to availability); Support for education fees of dependent children; Relocation support;30 working days of annual leave.How to ApplyThe application must be in English and include thefollowingmandatory documents:a)Cover letter; b)Curriculum Vitae; c)Academic and/or Professional diplomas.Online application instructions:The application is made online by clicking the "Apply" button below;The candidate must complete all required sections of the online application form;The candidate must submit the mandatory documents mentioned above inpdf format by including them in the "Additional files" section using the "Add portfolio" button.Important note:Incomplete applications including the failure to provide mandatory documents or providing inaccurate information will result in the application not being considered.
