The Analyst, People Group Operations, will play a key role in supporting the operational needs of the People Group (PG), as well as the various workflows and processes that directly impact the team member experience.The Analyst will deliver high-quality analytics and execute with operational excellence. They will create value from the delivery of impactful solutions within the PG function and serve as a data steward and translator to leaders in the organization. This individual contributor must have the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members in all functions within the People Group, as well as other business partners and stakeholders in the organization.
