What you'll be doing:Work with- functional partners and executive stakeholders to set and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Own and deliver on product and business objectives. Identify the biggest problems to solve and ruthlessly prioritize them. Drive new feature development from start to finish. Partner with Design to run user research, usability studies, and- driven experiments to develop deep customer empathy and inform product direction. Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics for your products. Consistently integrate behavior data and customer feedback into key product decisions. Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all audiences - within teams, company, users, press, etc. What you need to have:3 years of direct product management experienceStrong bias toward- based decision makingNatural ability to make stuff happen around you through influence. You handle chaos, ambiguity, and complexity in a detailed and organized way. Ability to build products that require coordination across various teams.
