Pr & Marketing Manager

Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position: PR & Marketing Manager Location: Warsaw Responsibilities Creation of information policy and communication strategy outside and inside the company Development and implementation of the Group's market branding strategy, including employer branding Preparation of press releases and cooperation with Polish and foreign media (in the Group's countries of operation) Maintaining the Group's international profile on Linkedin Creating content (social media posts, articles, press releases, newsletters, videos, case studies) for external and internal company communications Coordinating participation in industry events in Poland and abroad PV market research Requirements 3+ years of experience in the field of marketing / PR Experience of working and/or collaborating with marketing, digital agencies Implementation of external and internal communication activities Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written Practical knowledge of social media in particular Linkedin (running profiles, moderation, monitoring, crisis communication) Ability to create simple graphics using for example Canva, editing videos for Social Media, etc. Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools Knowledge of basic KPIs of online marketing and social media platforms, ability to analyze results and draw conclusions, compare results with competitors Excellent organizational skills High personal culture, dynamism, proactive and open attitude Creativity, openness, flexibility in approach to projects We offer Opportunity for development in the promising photovoltaic industry Attractive employee benefits package Non-work activities.
