In ASEE BiH , we are hiring PRand Marketing Manager whose responsibility is to plan and coordinate activities ofexternal and internal communication according to company guidelines andstrategy.
Aboutyour role
- Developing and driving local marketing strategy in line with the Group marketing strategy
- Reporting directly to ASEE Group Chief Marketing Officer
- Developing product marketing strategies
- Following and analyzing market trends to position the company's products
- Ensuring coherent visualization and content of company materials for the BiH market, based on the Group guidelines
- Initiating local marketing campaigns including digital marketing, events management, content development for web pages and social media
- Managing media relations including press releases, responding to media inquiries, arranging interviews, and crisis communication
- Budgeting
- Acting as a communication advisor to the management team
- Cooperating with local HR and Country Leaders/General Manager to secure correct information flow within the company (work on local communication channels, contribute to ASEE Newsletter)
- Working closely with the Sales department and Business Unit Managers to support business development
Aboutyou Aboutyou
You have Bachelor/Master' Degree in Marketing/PR or equivalent work experience
You have 5+ years of experience in B2B PR/Marketing in the Payment, Banking, or IT industry
You have 2+ years of hands-on PR/Marketing experience within an international organization
You have Marketing "know-how" (content marketing, lead generation, event marketing, corporate communication)
You have knowledge and understanding of the financial services market (decision-makers, customer organization structure, competition)
You have a strong knowledge of the English language
You have a strong drive to achieve the best results against internal or external standards of excellence
You have a strong communications skills
You have excellent planning and organizing abilities
You have a strong orientation towards customers, focus on identifying and exceeding their needs
You have Leadership skills to inspire, engage and motivate team
You are a good team player willing to cooperate across business functions and across markets
