Polish Customer Care Agent - Porto

This might be the job for you!Adecco is looking for people that can join a team of skilled Italian Customer Care representatives in Porto, providing customer support by phone, e-mail and chat ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.                                                                                              Activities:               - Customer support by phone/email in order to solve questions and doubts;- Answering the phone in order to clarify all customer doubts/questions/requests;- Handling and registering complaints both by phone and in writing, good argumentative power.Requirements- Experience in contact center (preferable);- Experience in administrative areas (preferable);- Ability to make decisions and solve problems;- Ability to manage stress and resilience;- Basic notions of computers.- Polish (C1/C2) and English (B1)Offer- Rotating schedules 8h/day: - Monday to Friday mostly (work on weekends and night shifts will happen on occasion)- Base Salary + Language Bonus + Meal Allowance- On-site paid training for 10 days - Initially the job will be at the office, with gradual transition to hybrid and the full-remote - Direct contract with the client Conocimientos:Problem-Solving, Call Center, Effective Communication
