Be a part of a dynamic team and contribute to shaping a positive and thriving work environment.Responsibilities:Prepare various HR documents, including new hire guides, employment contracts, compensation lists, and performance review updates;Develop and Support the People Experience program, including team-building activities, organizational surveys, personal goals, and well-being initiatives;Develop and Support the Career Program, including job analysis, career path development, total rewards, and more;Assist the payroll process;Manage and run the HR software of the organization, ensuring regular updates;Organize and maintain personnel records;Act as the first point of contact with external partners, ensuring legal compliance;Create reports in different domains and present them regularly;Support for Internal Academies and intercalation with stakeholders.Requirements:5 years of professional experience in an HR/People Administrative role, preferably in an IT context;Ability to efficiently solve problems related to HR/People Administrative areas autonomously;Previous experience in a Start-up environment;Knowledge of labor legislation;Autonomy and critical thinking, thinking outside the box;Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills;Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset;#J-18808-Ljbffr
