What you will doThe Ecommerce Commercial Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve commercial objectives in marketplaces. This role involves managing budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up to date of industry trends to drive the organization's success in the marketplaces.
Responsible for monitoring the sales performance and profitability and propose actions to meet the planManage the relationship and daily business operations with the marketplace partners and stay up to date with marketplace policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure brand's complianceDevelop a strategic assortment plan per marketplace per brand: determine the appropriate product mix and price rangesProvide a forecast planning proposalto meet sales targetSet up sales plan / stock allocation per marketplaceSupport the brands' buying teams providing key input and further analysis for all marketplacesDevelop and implement pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns in accordance with the brand strategy to meet sales and profitability targetMonitor and analyse pricing trends, promotional activity, competitor activities, assortment and market dynamicsMonitor and analyse main business & ecom KPIsExecute and safeguard brand strategy by overseeing and managing the brand's presence and retail price according toCompany and brand strategy.Responsible for delivering the client roadmap in new marketplaces and brands - from initial contact to going live. What you will bring Minimum of 4-5 years of working experience in E-CommerceCompleted a relevant degree in eCommerce, Digital media, Computer Science/Engineering or EconomicsA deep passion for E-Commerce and a thorough understanding of eCommerce websites and business modelsExperience in working with fashion marketplaces and integrators, namely Zalando (mandatory) and Tradebyte platforms (as a plus)Leadership skillsAbility to prioritize topics independentlyAbility to work in the English language with strong written and oral communication skillsExperience within the retail and fashion industry
