ResponsibilitiesYour everyday activities will be characterized by high speed and the requirement to engage in, direct and prioritize between multiple critical projects. Overall expected deliverables include:Develop the term strategic direction and vision for the Control Hardware area main areas in scope are control panels, sensors, low voltage cables, and electronicsClear leadership of a team of 4 purchasers/specialists with global responsibilityEnsure personal and professional development of/with each team memberBuild a close relationship with key suppliers in the commodities and continue to deliver value through term supplier account management and partnershipsBe an essential member of the Module Ownership Team together with the category directorBuild and define the future supply base in close collaboration with key stakeholdersWork closely with the regional matrix organization on strategy development and executionQualificationsAs a Manager you are expected to show the great example and challenge the organization in our ways of working. Qualifications required in the position:Solid experience with strategic procurementExperience in leading a teamMinimum bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management or EngineeringExperience with handling large yearly procurement budgets (+MEUR)Advanced IT skills (proficient with Microsoft Office Package, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)Proven record of solid stakeholder management skills and communicationFluency in EnglishCompetenciesYou have a vision that is second to none and a natural curiosity
