The Opportunity As a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Analyst you will help our clients to define and implement processes and procedures to calculate their carbon footprint and to undertake lifecycle assessments at scale for their product portfolio. You will support the identification of environmental sustainability hot spots and to derive optimization programs in support of our clients' net-zero targets. You will utilize your expertise in ESG reporting and data insights to establish a robust reporting process for sustainability KPIs with reliable and trustworthy data. You come forth with ideas and proposals on how to embed sustainability at every stage of processes and in decision making. With your expertise you help our clients to comply with upcoming regulations and laws. What you will also be doing: Develop the community and services for sustainability. Develop approaches for environmental life cycle assessment of pharmaceutical products, in line with guidelines such as ISO 14044, PAS 2050. Perform LCAs and interpret the results and drive product footprint optimization plans for our customers and evaluate the environmental impact of different initiatives over short/ medium/ long term. Drive the execution and delivery of projects in the sustainability Community to ensure adherence and readiness to comply with emerging regulations like EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Green Taxonomy, Article 964 (Swiss regulations), international regulations like the UK National Health Service Guidelines, etc. Build the operating model to integrate the new capabilities into the organization with processes, procedures, controls, etc. Your Experience First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant with exceptional communication skills, the ability to see the bigger picture, and a collaborative approach to creating exceptional solutions. You will also have relevant skills, including: Strong experience in the application of Life Cycle Impact Assessment and/or footprinting methodologies and associated standards, protocols, and databases tailored to fulfill customer business requirements and stay in sync with industry trends.
