Did you know that we are listed on the regulated Euronext market in Paris since July 2014?Our Development Business Line is looking for a talented and experienced Legal Counsel to join our company as we grow rapidly and expand into different markets across Europe and Africa. This position will be based in Portugal and will have the following responsibilities: Manage and be involved in a variety of legal and commercial matters across the EAI perimeter to support the asset owners performance in the development of the projects; Provide legal guidanceand innovative solutions to the asset owners and/or to the different issues where asset owners are dealing with on the development of the projects; Support the different teams involved in the drafting and negotiation of the documents supporting their activities, including drafting, negotiating and advice on commercial agreements specially when this comes as a result of a relevant CP including drafting and/or amendments in land options, leases, connection agreements, PPAs, tender documents, etc. To assist where necessary claims or issues in relation with the same agreements; Support on the processfor the procurement of services or equipment from the legal stand point during the operation (for instance procurement of additional equipment, procurement of services), be involved in potential litigations with Dev
