You will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal support, guidance, and strategic advice to the organization.Your day-to-day responsibilities:Provide legal support and advice in various areas of law and across multiple business units and legal entities. These include, but are not limited to: drafting sales contracts, first-level consultancy on data protection and employment law, providing support during fundraising rounds.Monitor changes in relevant jurisdictions (UK, US, Italy) and keep abreast of regulatory developments that may affect the Group. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including software licensing agreements, service agreements, and vendor contracts; ensure contracts complywith legal requirements and company policies. Liaise with clients and external counsels on legal matters. Conduct due diligence and research, ad hoc projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations. Help develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate legal risks. Maintain a centralized contract management system; track contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements
