Our client is a big tech corporation in Portugal. They are currently seeking a talented In-House Lawyer with expertise in Labour Law, to join the legal department as Senior Legal Counsel.This Senior Legal Counsel will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team with an outlined career progression plan.About the Job:Active collaboration under the several corporation's departments.Drafting of contracts, with case-by-case advice on the most advantageous solutions;Clarification and resolution of working conditions issues;Conducting disciplinary proceedings;Working in labour litigation.About the Candidate:• A law degree from Portuguese University;• Registration with the Portuguese Bar Association;• At least 4-7 years professional experience in the relevant area (Labour law);• Fluency in English;• Flexibility, dynamism and versatility.#J-18808-Ljbffr
