Profile: University degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management Negotiation and facilitation skills, resilience and self-confidence Experience knowledge in labour law and coaching Microsoft office, basic SAP knowledge, digitally savvy English professional level Tasks Supports locally the definition & implementation of the people agenda based on the company's strategy together with the General Manager and the HR corporate department Implementation and execution of all HR processes with the support of other HR corporate departments: Recruiting Compensation (annual compensation cycle, bonus process) Talent and Succession planning Supports line managers in achieving their development goals and developing their leadership skills Supports teams in improving their performance or defining and implementing a new culture/new way of working Supports the maintenance of the current organizational culture and fosters new initiatives to sustain it Gives guidance, supports and coaches local HR support in all operational HR topics Manages the HR department as well as their team members What's in it for you?
