Descriçao da oferta Provide oversight and regional strategic leadership covering health, safety, risk management and business continuity. To work with other regional HSE regional leads, global subject matter experts and account dedicated resource to support & advise the operational teams.
Description Manage related activities and oversee compliance aspects of operational activities carried out by the company Perform audits of all aspects of HSE which the company provide to it's Pharmaceutical client Assist with management, development and continuous improvement of the HSE policies, processes and management systems. Work with client and the company's teams to investigate root-causes and implement corrective actions where HSE deficiencies are discovered. Influence and coach Senior Management to ensure robust HSE systems are in place. Advise clients and the company, of any changes in legislation which may impact the business. Timely reporting and investigation of HSE related incidents and audit findings Added value to the business through implementing efficient, standardized systems and processes Maintain an effective relationship with the client and corporate EHS groups and statutory authorities as required Perform audits of HSE compliance for all IFM services which the company provide to the client Conduct training in HSE topics to the wider group's operations team and third parties where necessary Formulate, implement, monitor and review HSE plans to ensure implementation of legislative requirements and best practice Ensure the operating model, output and objectives for the central HSE Hub is accurate and the effectiveness of this concept is monitored, managed and updated at all times. Profile Minimum 5 years' Health and Safety experience with significant recent experience in senior positions. Solid grounding and practical experience in working in the Pharmaceutical environment and facilities management areas. Good background in Auditing. Ability to write persuasive and effective reports and communications, which clearly define findings and their causes, and recommendations made. Must possess strong analytical skills. The ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, draw appropriate conclusions, generate viable alternative solutions to a question or problem, and evaluate the consequences of choosing each alternative. Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) are required, with an ability to recognise the values within different cultures and acknowledge different ways of working. F luent English + other relevant major languages is an advantage Health and safety professional, ideally within facilities management Established knowledge of health & safety law. Extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Travel across the EMEA region is required for this role. Job Offer A great opportunity for professional growth!
