Financial Authority handling, investments decision, 3-Year Plan contribution. Adoption of Processes, Methods, Standards and Tools (Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Development…). Selection and validation of Data Management, Communication and Cybersecurity technology and suppliers. Digital solutions Framing and Delivery. IT Solutions Portfolio Management and Delivery. Creation and coordination of internal committees/communities (Enterprise Architecture, BI, Low-Code, Digital Solutions Portfolio). Digital Innovation (AI, Data Science). BI, Low-Code and ProDev development and governance. Work with executive leaders to establish the vision for delivering digital solutions, bringing value to the company at large. Maintain strong relationship with Peers (IT Operations, Data Management, Cybersecurity) to ensure consistency, efficiency, and coordination. Support the IT Director executive reporting (Executive Committee, Supervisory Board, Audit & Finance Committee). JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor or Master's degree in a technology related field, Computer Science is a plus. 10+ years of business experience, ideally in IT management. 10+ years of people management. Broad business experience, preferably within the energy industry. 5+ years of leadership experience in leading- functional teams, multidisciplinary environments across the organization and within complex contexts.
