ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Dutch Customer Support Fashion Advisor to represent our client's brands by delivering outstanding customer service queries with clarity, passion and enthusiasm. The advisor will also answer queries across a number of channels including email, chat, and phone.Your responsibilitiesHandle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries;Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner;Aim to resolve issues on the by phone call and be proactive;Appropriately communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email;Be able to work to customer service measures, metrics and KPIs.What we are looking forSuperb written and oral communication skills in both English (B2 level minimum) & Dutch (C1/C2 level);Team player with a positive attitude who thinks as a business owner would;Availability to work various shifts;Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills;Prior customer service experience;Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;Passion for fashion is a PLUS!What we offerStrong possibility of career progression;Initial and continuous training;Work contract;Full-time role on a 40 hour per week contract;Opportunity to work in a multicultural environment.Mandatory requirementsFiber internet (high speed internet) – NO WIFI AVAILABLE ONLY ENTHERNET CABLE;Peaceful working space area;Location: AT HOME - exclusive for residents in Portugal
