Discovery, you will:Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiriesProvide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionalityProvide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settingsProvide accurate and real-time answers to viewers' inquiriesContribute to creating brand engagement for our Client .We'll be a great match if you:Are proficient in Italian (C2) and fluent in English (B2)Are passionate about entertainment and media industryDemonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spiritAre familiar with digital streaming services and devicesHave a positive and can-do attitudeIf you feel you don't check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
