We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager / Technical Product Owner to lead our Core Telephony team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the development of our state-of-the-art Unified Communications stack, which integrates voice, video, messaging, and collaboration functionalities into a seamless communication solution .YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:Leadership: Drive the vision and direction of our Unified Communications products, ensuring they meet market needs and are delivered with high quality.Ownership: Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback. Define clear goals and requirements for development teams.Management: Lead, mentor, and expand a team of talented software engineers and developers. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with other product owners, designers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive product strategies and to align on user experience and technical implementation.Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the technical architecture and the telecommunications landscape.
