Do you want to be the single point of contact in matters related to Rank International's Portuguese digital licenses? As our Portuguese Digital Compliance Executive, reporting directly to the Legal/Compliance Manager, this role is solely responsible for ensuring Rank International's Portuguese digital gaming licenses are kept safe, protected and renewed and take specific responsibility for all regulatory- related issues and policies within Rank's digital businessesEnsures that all digital operational departments otherwise have appropriate and up to date control systems and procedures in place to ensure compliance with relevant Portuguese and international legislations and license conditions. Keeps the business fully informed and up to date with all digital development projects, proposals and initiatives to ensure that all regulatory- related aspects, issues or concerns are addressed before implementation. Ensures appropriate changes and modifications to systems and procedures are made and implemented if areas of weakness are discovered, and to keep the potential for such risks under constant review. Uses regulatory knowledge and experience to provide compliance advice and support to all executives, management and employees of Rank International in relation to Portuguese business development opportunities or operational queries. (Examples such as assessing the legality of proposed promotional activity, adjudication on customer disputes, terms and conditions, etc). Assist on the-- usual compliance tasks of the Spanish digital gambling regulation when required. Conducts or assists with any compliance or other related internal investigationsQualificationsEssential:Portuguese native speaker and fluent in English and SpanishDemonstrateable experience & knowledge of all relevant gaming laws, regulations and codes of practice (e. g. gaming, money laundering, etc. ) issued by the SRIJ - Portuguese regulatorAdditional experience required:Prior experience and knowledge of the financial transaction and reporting processes to be able to test applications, procedures and risk and ensure that all required financial reports and accounts are submitted by the finance department to appropriate regulators on time. Demonstrates a plan approach and has meticulous attention to detailDemonstrates an awareness and understanding of the wider industry's best practices to bring balance to Rank's compliance approachDeliver clear, concise and diplomatic written and verbal communicationsKnowledge of the Spanish digital regulation (desired)Ability to identify internal and external stakeholders, build rapport and tailor communications to meet the stakeholder's needsAbility to identify issues and situations, understand others' points of view and proactively find workable and timely solutionsDemonstrates a sense of passion and pride about own work.
