Your day will involve: Understanding the needs of our ezeep target group and communicating these effectively to internal stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty.Maintaining constant contact with our customers, identifying challenges, and always offering the best solutions.Marketing new features to keep our customers up-to-date with the latest developments.Collaborating with your team to develop customer strategies and best practices.Creating content such as knowledge base articles, blogs, Q&A, etc., to help customers with common questions. What You Bring to the Table: A strong customer orientation and enthusiasm for problem-solving.Excellent technical understanding and the ability to present complex topics simply.An eye for identifying improvement opportunities.A proactive approach, using your creativity to innovate and improve processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and German; English is a plus.
