Customer Support is extremely important for us and we hope to create a platform where our users are well supported with excellent quality, fast response time, and accurate information. Support is via a ticketing system and live chat that includes, but not limited to: customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform. Support will be in Arabic & English, applicants need to speak both languages. However, this role will also cater for cross-support across other language lines. ResponsibilitiesHandle high volume live chat and other online toolsProvide accurate, valid and comprehensive informationFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesSupport other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requestsManage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolutionGo the extra mile to engage customersRequirements Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industryCollege degree or aboveNative-level fluency in Arabic, and advanced English is mandatory to support our users in this rolePrevious experience with cross-functional support will be advantageous High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; Have a sense of responsibility and spirit of as a teamAbility to work under pressure, strong communication skills and aim to exceed beyond expectationsPassionate for the customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shiftsPositive about the crypto industryWorking at Binance • Be a part of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem that continues to grow and offers excellent career development opportunities
