Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Advisor for Insurance company will be: You will be booking of insurance meetings on behalf of German insurers.You'll have the first contact with potential customers where you identify their needs and put the meeting directly into the Insurer's calendar.The insurer is responsible for the sale, so your task will be to offer a meeting between the insurer and the customer, and as you book meetings for Denmark's leading insurance company, you have good arguments on your hand.Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.Identifying issues and provide solutionsBeing a team player and participate in the success of the team and project, e.g. provide cover for absent colleagues together with the team and attending regular team meetings Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: A native level of German and an advanced level of English (C1 level)Previous experience in Customer ServiceLiving in Portugal and having a valid work permitBeing an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with peopleBeing a team player with high social competenceBeing energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast paceExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleWhat's in it for you?
