The successful candidate will be supporting our partner SISU and working in a team environment. SISU Clinic is an Irish owned doctor-led cosmetic medicine destination offering a comprehensive range of the most advanced beauty treatments in the world—including botox , dermal fillers, skin boosters, thread lifts and much more. ? ? This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, empathetic and proactive individual who prides themselves on offering an exceptional experience to patients and customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting SISU patients?across Irish, UK and US markets. ?This is a permanent work from home role so the only commute you will need to worry about is getting to your home desk. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Dealing with inbound calls from existing and potential new patients (bookings, enquiries, making and scheduling appointments). ? Responding to patient enquiries by email, answering texts, and supporting social media communications. ? Liaising?with personnel regarding any issues/complaints/ escalations cases. ? Keeping up to date on all treatments/products/promotions. ? Developing collaborative, positive working relationships?with patients and internal teams. ? Aiding patients with?any issues?and escalating where appropriate . ? Always supporting full confidentiality. ? Being a primary contact for patient enquiries about SISU products and brand. ? Ability to communicate?professionally,?empathically, and?concisely to?patients.? ? Supplying the ultimate in-patient experience. ? Your profile ABOUT YOU:? You will have a minimum of 1/2 year's customer service experience . ? ? You have the ability and willingness to work Monday to Friday to support the opening hours of 09 h 30 – 18h00 with flexibility to change. ? You can have the flexibility to cover occasional Saturdays to cover Annual leave You have Fluent English in both written and verbal communication with excellent phone etiquette . ? You can take on board new processes and embed a culture of continuous improvement. ? You are competent providing high-level patient support including sales orientation of products. ? ? You have experience using helpdesk software and remote support tools. ? ? You can provide clear and concise notes on patient files within the booking system. ? ? You are a quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on the brand's history, product offerings and communication style. ? ? You have a proactive personality and are self-motivated. ? ? You can demonstrate ? high levels of?initiative with the ability to multi-task and be detail oriented in a fast-paced environment. ? ? You are proven to be organised, methodical and rigorous. ? ? You have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly. ? ?
