What you'll be doing at Webhelp As a German-Speaking Customer Advisor , you will: Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally. Attract potential customers by answering questions suggesting, and adding information about all services to meet the customer needs. Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform. Process and respond to contact requests promptly. Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand. We'll be a great match if you:?
