What you'll be doing at WebhelpAs a Flemish-Speaking Customer Advisor for a coffee machine brand, you will:Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in all processes by answering inquiries and attending potential requestsResolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
