Your new companyOur client is the world's premier provider of secure solutions – including global transportation and storage for high-value goods.Your new roleAs a Compliance Analyst and reporting directly to the VP of Legal in the USA the Candidate will be responsible for: Ensure operational compliance with current Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and other relevant legislation;Serve as the compliance subject-matter expert in coordinating with key cross-functional teams (e.g. IT Engineering, Product, Operations, Data Analytics) to ensure effective implementation and functioning of the program;Conducts initial analysis of new account Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD):Process daily, weekly, and monthly alerts to generate cases potentially to file government-required reports;Efficiently communicate AML policy and procedures to the operations and sales;Complete and document OFAC and negative news screenings and analytic dispositions for overall onboarding KYC;Conducts periodic KYC Reviews and trigger Enhanced Due Diligence to maintain CDD and KYC quality;Execute account maintenance updates;Assist Compliance Manager to process client lifecycle reports for the company management;What you'll need to succeedFinance or legal background;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Ability to interact and work closely with business stakeholders at all levels of seniority;Strong understanding of AML/ OFAC regulations;Possess strong analytical thinking and critical reasoning skills;Ability to work effectively in a team environment;Ability to effectively handle a fast-paced environment and successfully meet established deadline requirements;Self-motivated with the ability to work independently;Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification – preferable, but not mandatoryWhat you'll get in returnYou will have the privilege of working in a multinational company with a highly dynamic and international environment!What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
