Responsibilities: Review and moderate user-generated content in German, including text, images, and videos, to identify and address violations of our policies. Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation, adhering to established guidelines and protocols. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging threats related to content moderation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation processes and tools through feedback and suggestions. Requirements: Proficiency in German at a B2 level or above, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze content objectively and impartially. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with online platforms and social media trends.
