Responsibilities:• Makes effective decisions within his/her ability;• Review posts and classify according to policy;• Provide insights and trends on content reviewed;• Provide feedback and suggestions on review process and workflows;• Provide suggestions for product innovation;• General data entry related tasks.Requirements:• Fluency in English (B2 level);• Oral & Written Italian fluency (B2 level);• Excellent customer care skills;• Excellent good typing skills;• Ability to work independently and in a team, anticipate problems and suggest solutions;• Basic understanding of context and structure of sentence;• Basic technical skills (able to navigate through multiple web pages and support tools)• Ability to quickly and effectively conduct internet research, reading and comprehendingCommercial and social media websites;• Have fun and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Terms and Conditions:• Full-time role on a 40 hour per week;• Work contract;• Working hours are Monday-Sunday 08h00-20h 00;• Multicultural environment.Please send your CV.
