What are we looking for?As an AI Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Generative AI products. You'll lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, evaluate and deploy AI products that will impact thousands of physicians' day-to-day. Your work will involve hands-on involvement with AI model evaluation, in-depth documentation, and a strategic approach to product lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:Product strategy: Define the product vision and strategy for Gen AI applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, designers, and marketers to deliver new product features to our users.Hands-on model evaluation: Directly engage in the evaluation of our AI models, including performance metrics on text-based solutions. Work closely with data scientists and engineers to interpret results and guide model improvements.Documentation excellence: Develop comprehensive documentation for AI models and product features.User Research: Collect and analyze user feedback to guide product development, ensuring our AI solutions address real user problems and opportunities.Product Development Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining requirements, prioritizing features, and managing timelines and resources.Ethical AI Advocacy: Champion the development of ethically responsible AI products.Who you are:Degree in Computer Science, AI, Product Management, or related field.3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with AI products.Demonstrated experience in AI model evaluation and the ability to work closely with technical teams.Demonstrated skills in product documentation, with the ability to create clear, comprehensive materials.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product development cycles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in artificial general intelligence and machine learning.Collaborative mindset, with the eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.Fluency in EnglishContactIf you have questions about careers at Tonic App or want to submit a spontaneous application, contact us by email:
