ZIPPY - TRADE MARKETING SPECIALIST - MAIA ZIPPY - TRADE MARKETING SPECIALIST - MAIA To integrate ZIPPY MARKETING team, in Maia, we are looking for:  TRADE MARKETING SPECIALIST (WHOLESALE & INTERNATIONAL RETAIL) Responsibilities: Instore communication (Wholesale and International Retail):- Identify instore communication needs / markets requests on a regular basis, maintaining a communication flow with the commercial team;- Manage materials' production (from design to suppliers' budget request, samples' validation and production control);- Develop, implement and monitor instore communication materials (including guidelines);- Support opening activities (both store set-up and brand activations). Marketing activities (Wholesale and International Retail):- Manage the wholesale customer database, including the development and implementation of a regular and consistent e-mail marketing plan;- Develop and analyse satisfaction surveys to B2B clients on a regular basis;- Support the implementation of international markets' marketing plan, ensuring they are on-track and fulfilling the KPIs set;- Support the development of international retail partners' activity on social media, including sharing contents & materials, analysing KPIs report and suggesting improvements. Internal events:- Support the set-up of internal events (4 per year), including supplier procurement, budget request, production activities (physical or digital), among others.   Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in similar functions (Fashion Retail or B2B);- Preference for Communication / Marketing degree;- Excellent organizational skills, within a demanding and fast-moving retail environment;- Great communication skills, with both internal (internal teams/ store staff) and external teams (suppliers);- Good understanding of Marketing & Communication dynamics and how these apply in a commercial driven environment;- Problem-solving skills, with a great sense of ownership;- Attention to detail;- Advanced level of MS Office Excel;- Availability to travel abroad (Europe), when needed;- Languages - Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
